Legends Air maintains safety as our number one concern. In addition to the basic safety minimums required by the FAA, all of our aircraft must also comply with ARG/US Rating standards. These independent ratings are considered the benchmark of charter aviation safety and include comprehensive inspections of not only the airplane, but the private flight crews and carriers as well. All private planes are under FAR (Federal Aviation Regulation) part 135 certificate.

A TripCHEQ can be requested on every flight and provides Legends Air members with information on the pilot’s experience in the airplane type, the pilot's certification and type ratings and the pilot's record of accidents, incidents and enforcement actions. This thorough background check assures our clients that their safety is in the most-qualified of hands.
